I wanted a huge shelf stable panty. I’d been looking at freeze drying for years and took the plunge during the pandemic. While waiting for my machine to arrive, I saw a few people were starting to sell freeze dried candy.

I discovered that I love playing with my food more than I thought. Coming up with new candies and flavors, bending the limits of the candy and my machines to my will is what gets me excited! The best part is the look on your faces when I get to see you try freeze dried candy for the first time!

Even better is that I get to work with my kids every now and then. They’re pretty good at selling your favorite freeze dried goodies, but you have to watch out for my granddaughter! She’ll have you walking out with a huge shelf stable candy pantry!
